Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and PixelSixty LLC, doing business as Vowza (“Vowza,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply when you use getvowza.com, app.getvowza.com, an inquiry form or widget powered by Vowza, or when you exchange text messages, emails or direct messages with a wedding vendor through Vowza (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these Terms on that business’s behalf.
1. What Vowza does
Vowza is software that helps wedding businesses (“Vendors”) receive, answer and manage inquiries. It includes a booking assistant, messaging by text, email and social media, availability and calendar tools, and booking tools. Couples who contact a Vendor through Vowza are that Vendor’s customers. Any agreement for wedding services is between the couple and the Vendor, and Vowza is not a party to it.
2. Vendor accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business.
- Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of your team members.
3. Vendor responsibilities
- Keep your packages, pricing, availability and policies accurate. The booking assistant answers from the information you provide.
- Obtain any consent the law requires before messaging anyone, honor every opt-out, and never upload purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Follow all laws and rules that apply to your messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and artificial intelligence disclosure laws, wireless carrier guidelines and the rules of connected platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Do not use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or abusive, or to send spam.
4. The booking assistant
Vowza’s booking assistant writes replies automatically using artificial intelligence, based on the Vendor’s information and the conversation. It is designed not to make up prices, availability or policies, but it can make mistakes. Vendors should review conversations and are responsible for any commitments made to their customers. The assistant tells people it is automated.
5. SMS Terms
- Program: Vowza inquiry texts, sent by PixelSixty LLC, doing business as Vowza, on behalf of the wedding vendor you contacted.
- What you’ll receive: text messages about your inquiry, including availability, pricing, scheduling and booking details, and follow-ups about that inquiry.
- How you opt in: by checking the text consent box on a form powered by Vowza. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts from that number. To start again, reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@pixelsixty.com.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Vendors pay the fees shown when they sign up or in their order. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing. We may change fees with advance notice.
7. Your content
Vendors keep ownership of their content and their customer information. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service. Couples’ messages are used to provide the Service to the couple and the Vendor they contacted.
8. Our property
The Service, including its software, design and the Vowza name and logo, belongs to PixelSixty LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing product from the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service works with services we do not control, such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and wireless carriers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them, and features that depend on them may change or stop working.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service if you break these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if fees go unpaid. Vendors may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any booking, the delivery of any message, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PixelSixty LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
13. Indemnification
Vendors will defend and indemnify PixelSixty LLC against claims arising from their content, their messaging practices, their use of the Service or their violation of these Terms or the law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, except where the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify Vendors of material changes. Using the Service after an update means you accept it.
16. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part of these Terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of assets.
