What does Vowza actually do?
It answers your venue's inquiries for you. When a couple fills out your form, sends you a DM or calls while you're busy, Vowza replies in under a minute, answers from your real packages and calendar, and books the tour.
How fast does it reply?
In under a minute, day or night, weekends included. Couples don't wait for business hours, so Vowza doesn't either.
Which channels does it work with?
Your website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, text messages and missed calls, plus Google Business Profile through your Vowza link. When you can't pick up the phone, Vowza texts the caller right away.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, and Vowza only offers your actual open dates and times. When a couple picks one, the tour goes straight onto your calendar.
Will it make up prices or promise things we don't offer?
No. It answers only from what you give it: your packages, your calendar and your FAQ. When the answer isn't there, it asks you instead of guessing.
Does it pretend to be a person?
Never. It's your venue's automated assistant, and it says so plainly.
Can I step into a conversation?
Anytime. Every conversation lives in your Vowza inbox, where you can read along or reply yourself. When a couple asks for a real person, Vowza hands the conversation to you.
Do couples see Vowza or my venue?
Your venue. Your form and chat carry your name and colours with a small "Powered by Vowza", and texts open with your venue's name.
Is it okay to text couples?
Vowza only texts couples who reached out to your venue, and the text consent checkbox is built into your form. Couples can reply STOP anytime.
Is there a contract?
No. Vowza goes month to month.
